Terms of Service
Last updated: November 3, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and BrideBooked ("BrideBooked", "we", "us") for the use of bridebooked.com and the BrideBooked app (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use the Service for a business, you agree on its behalf and confirm you can do so.
Questions about these terms: info@bridebooked.com.
The Service
BrideBooked helps beauty professionals run their bookings: business email, Instagram messages, inquiries and quotes, contracts and signatures, invoices and payments, calendars, client portals, expenses and websites, with AI assistance throughout. "You" means the business owner or team member with an account. "Clients" are the people you work with, who use portals, forms and links you send them.
The Service is in an early access period. Features may change, be added or be removed, and some may be marked as early or experimental. We may limit who can create an account during this period.
Your Account
- Give accurate information, keep your sign-in details private, and tell us promptly if you think someone else has accessed your account.
- You are responsible for activity under your account, including by team members and artists you invite.
- You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live, and at least 18.
Your Content and Your Clients' Information
You keep ownership of the content you put into the Service: your messages, client records, documents, photos, prices and website. You give us permission to host, process, copy and display that content only as needed to provide, secure and improve the Service for you, as described in the Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for having the right to collect and use your clients' information, including the notices and consents your clients need, and for responding to their privacy requests about records you control. We will help where the Service allows.
Email, Messages and Acceptable Use
Email and messages sent from your BrideBooked addresses or your connected accounts are sent on your behalf. You agree not to use the Service to:
- send spam or unsolicited bulk messages, or messages that break anti-spam laws such as Canada's CASL or the US CAN-SPAM Act;
- send content that is unlawful, deceptive, harassing, hateful or infringes someone else's rights;
- impersonate anyone, collect information from people without a lawful basis, or send malware or phishing;
- interfere with the Service, get around limits or security, or access other accounts or data.
To protect delivery for everyone, we may limit sending, hold messages, or block addresses that bounce or report spam. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
Payments From Your Clients
Card payments from your clients go to your own connected Stripe account, under Stripe's terms. You are the seller: your contracts, prices, deposits, cancellations, refunds, taxes and chargebacks are between you and your client, and you are responsible for them. BrideBooked is not a party to the agreements between you and your clients.
BrideBooked may charge a platform fee on card payments, shown in your payment settings before you accept payments. Stripe's own processing fees also apply.
Fees for BrideBooked
Access during the early access period is free unless we tell you otherwise in advance. If we introduce paid plans, we will show the price and terms before you choose one, and you can stop using paid features at any time. Fees already paid are not refundable unless the law requires it.
Connected Services
When you connect Instagram, Google Calendar, Stripe or another service, your use of that service is also governed by its own terms, and you authorize us to access it as needed for the features you use. Instagram replies are limited by Meta's messaging rules, such as the 24-hour window after a person's last message. You can disconnect a service at any time in Settings. We are not responsible for changes, outages or decisions by those services.
AI Features
The Service uses AI to sort email, suggest replies, draft documents and fill in details. AI suggestions can be wrong. Review them before relying on them or sending them to clients; you are responsible for what you send and agree to. Information is sent to our AI providers only to provide these features, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Our Service and Intellectual Property
The Service, its software, design and the BrideBooked name and logo belong to us or our licensors. We give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service under these terms. Do not copy, resell or reverse engineer it except as the law allows. If you send us feedback, we may use it without obligation to you.
Ending Your Account
You can stop using the Service and ask us to delete your account at any time by contacting info@bridebooked.com. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, puts others at risk, or where the law requires it; where reasonable we will tell you first and give you a chance to export your information. After an account is closed we delete or anonymize its data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Disclaimers
We work hard to keep the Service reliable and your information safe, but the Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no promises that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for a particular purpose, or that email and messages will always be delivered. Keep your own copies of anything critical, such as signed contracts.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent the law allows, BrideBooked is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue, bookings or data. Our total liability for any claim about the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim, or 100 Canadian dollars. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
You agree to cover our reasonable losses from claims by others caused by your content, your dealings with your clients, or your breach of these terms.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms as the Service changes. For significant changes we will notify you by email or in the app before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the updated terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. The courts of British Columbia have jurisdiction over disputes, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
